ExcelsusDS is subscription-based software for e-commerce sellers. It provides an account-backed workspace for product research, evidence, margin calculations, listing briefs, and outcome tracking. It does not sell or ship physical goods through this website.
Cancellation
Cancel through the secure Stripe billing portal. Access remains available through an already paid period unless a refund is issued or law requires otherwise.

Refund and dispute policy
Contact us first; we will review promptly.
For a first paid monthly subscription charge, a customer may request a refund by emailing alejandriosity@gmail.com within seven calendar days of that charge. Requests should include the account email, Stripe invoice ID, and a brief explanation. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Renewal charges, partial periods, and later requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law.
Service terms
ExcelsusDS helps users organize research and commercial assumptions. Product signals, margin calculations, currency conversions, listing briefs, and outcomes are tools—not guarantees of sales, profitability, supplier availability, marketplace compliance, or business performance. Users remain responsible for their listings, supplier relationships, taxes, consumer obligations, and marketplace compliance.
